Thank you for taking the time to look into supporting my creative work. As many of you know, I have been making maps for several years. I love maps and the way they enchant us with their coastlines and compass roses, the questions they pose, the curiosity they inspire, and all the creative ways to make and design them. The art that I make is designed to bring people closer to the places they live and call home, and I aim to investigate that relationship through the practice of cartography, art, and illustration. As an artist I am always looking for ways to share my work with my community. In order to do this to my full capabilities I require a great amount of time and effort to give each artwork my full attention. For many artists it is difficult to find the time to make a living while still saving time to create. Our future is one where we are in collaboration with each other, sharing ideas and resources to create the things we imagine to be possible.
