Anders Rodin

Anders art is an investigation into the ways we make meaning from the places around us. In his life and work, he seeks an intimate connection to the land through a process of exploration, documentation, and creation. He creates hand-drawn and digital maps that encourage viewers to discover their environment, real and fictional. Cartography is the study and practice of making maps, combining science, aesthetics and technique. It is interdisciplinary and collaborative work in nature. Together we can map our future, be informed about our land, and envision a world with an awareness of our role in stewardship.
